Our Role: Discussion with the clients to understand their requirements, preparation of outline sketch after site visits, which will be shown to the clients and modified if required as per their requirements. Once this is done, the general plan will be considered as approved by the client.

Preparation of drawings with all details as required by the competent authority empowered to sanction the plan.

Preparation of the working drawings and working out quantities, inviting quotations from Contractors & selecting the contractor with the approval of the client.

Supervision of execution of work by the contractor at all relevant stages and monitoring the work continually, quality control, of the work, monitoring of the contractors, and certification of all payments after measuring the work.
